Mission: The purpose of this association shall be fraternal and for the study and adoption of the best methods of performing the duties of the rural delivery service; to seek improvement in the condition of all its members and cooperate at all times with the united states postal service for the advancement of the rural carrier craft. This association shall maintain its own craft identity in accordance with the national rural letter carriers' constitution.
Programs: The association provides aid to members in protection of their rights regarding labor issues.
