Mission: To promote payroll service providers as quality business partners to government bodies and agencies; and proactively address major policy, administrative and systematic issues that impact employers and their service providers.
Programs: Nprc members serve more than 1. 4 million employers with a combined total of more than 35 million employees, over one third of the private sector workforce. Nprc regularly conducts meetings with various state and federal governmental representatives in order to provide information with regard to issues related to payroll tax reporting and deposit requirements. These efforts are intended to improve communications between the organization's members and governmental representatives and resulted in a higher degree of compliance with payroll tax reporting and deposit requirements.
