Causes: Education
Mission: Nifa was formed for the purpose of developing and advancing aviation education; to promote, encourage and foster safety in aviation; to promote and foster communications between aviation students, educators, educational institutions and the aviation industry.
Programs: Conducted flight safety evaluation conferences and airshows throughout the country. These conferences and airshows develop and advance aviation education; promote, encourage and foster safety in aviation; promote and foster communications between aviation students, educators, educational institutions and the aviation industry. The organization has averaged 61 member schools over the past five years and anticipates 60 members in the next fiscal year.
