Mission: Conducting ongoing educational activities related to civilian and military aircraft, airplane and air power history, and public safety education around flying, airports and airplanes;commemorating earlier aircraft, both military and civilian, and sponsoring educational presentations that focus on the history of american air powerr including appearances by the navy flight demonstration team known as the blue angels.
Programs: Organized and sponsored an aviation career education camp for nantucket students. Students receive instruction in aviation history, the physics of flight, field trips to aviation sites and hands-on activities.
