Mission: Mpt facility, inc. ("mpt facility"), a new jersey non-profit corporation was established to assist friends of marion p. Thomas and the marion p. Thomas school in the development and financing of public school facilities.
Programs: During the year 2014 new jersey economic development authority (njeda) adopted a resolution allocating $35,000,000 of qualified school construction bonds to the project and authorizing the issuance of $35,000,000 of qualified school construction bonds (the "bonds"), the proceeds of which was loaned to mpt facility pursuant to a loan agreement entered into between the njeda and mpt facility (the "loan agreement") the proceeds of which was used to construct 125 sussex avenue school facility. The construciton was completed in july 2015.
