Mission: Provide educational courses in the field of motorcycle safety education.
Programs: Instruction in the harley-davidson rider's edge new rider course, a customized form of the basic rider course developed by the motorcycle safety foundation, the only nationally recognized entry level motorcycle rider training course. The course is for the general safety and training for new motorcycle riders and must comply with strict requirements of new jersey law which dictate class size, schedules, instructor qualifications, facilities, equipment, size of the range, and nearly all facts of the course.
