Mission: Provide an environment to assist youth. Provide youth with an environment for individual growth and development, while participating in group activities. Out cornerstone program, mosaic steel orchestra is tailored to provide the benefits of traditional arts studies in a framework which is attractive to and respectful of the diverse community it seeks to serve.
