Causes: Counseling, Mental Health
Mission: Morning star community services mission is to serve those in need, dedicated to building adults by believing in youth, and providing programs to strengthen the community.
Programs: Provided outpatient mental health clinic for counseling and treatment of mental health issues for youth in need of shelter, foster care, education, health, emotional, or spiritual support or direction. In 2017 we served both individuals and families through therapy services that helped address their emotional and mental health needs. Our approach is multi-system, that includes individual and family work, community networking and advocacy, along with educating families regarding issues that impact children's mental health.
