Mission: The mission of the Montana Natural History Center is to promote and cultivate the appreciation, understanding, and stewardship of nature through education.
Target demographics: connect people to nature
Direct beneficiaries per year: 5,390 students were impacted by our educational programs; 4,703 people visited our museum; 233 children attended our camps; we awarded $15,687 in scholarships to our programs
Geographic areas served: Missoula and Western Montana, also some places elsewhere in Montana
Programs: Visiting Naturalists in the Schools, summer camps, museum visits, Master Naturalist certification, Interpretive Guide certification, Filed Notes radio program, kids' activities
