Mission: The mission is to promote the growth of the mohawk valley economy by supporting the development of for-profit, high technology and manufacturing businesses to increase their global competitiveness. These efforts are conducted through consulting, education and training. It primarily serves upstate new york with a focus on the counties of oneida, herkimer, fulton, montgomery, schoharie and otsego.
Programs: Company assessments to identify a company's strengths and weaknesses through a comprehensive review of operations. Consulting on lean manufacturing. Consulting on lean manufacturing, waste reduction, human resources, project management, quality , workplace safety, strategic services, supervisor development and twi training are performed. Educational programs-coordinates programs that identify, interpret and and interface the employment needs of business, industry and labor with education to satisfy those needs.
