Mission: Founded in 1983 by John McGeorge, Ministry to Eastern Europe's mission is to train Church leaders for Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Currently, MTEE sponsors has 70+ Bible schools in Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Israel, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine. MTEE also sponsors the translation and printing of textbooks, a Pastors Shepherding Program, a Children's Ministry, special seminars, a Graduate School and is in the process of establishing a Counseling Training Program. MTEE has three stages of development: equipping leaders, empowering churches and transforming nations.
