Mission: Mspra builds and enhances relationships along the middle south platte river to advance economic, ecological, and cultural opportunities that will help minimize future flood impacts. We are dedicated to sharing information with partners, pursuing funding opportunities, and facilitating projects that improve the river's ecological condition and function while working to conserve life and property along this important river corridor.
