The radio buy ran for twenty weeks over the course of five months in traverse city, lansing, and grand rapids, earning 3,360 gross ratings points. This collaboration also granted the michigan ag council use of the pure michigan agriculutre logo, social media cross promotion and a landing page on www. Michigan. Org which generated 4,210 clicks.
website development - michigan ag council engaged in significant endeavors in 2014, including:- hosting and maintaining a farmer-written blog called from the farmer, which had more than 30 contributions from farmers throughout the state. - developing and hosting a website, www. Michiganagriculture. Com, which received 16,931 views, an estimated 75% of which were new visitors. Informational literature and promotional items like window clings, shopping totes, kitchen utensils, etc. , reached approximately 15,000 individuals in 2014. These materials and items were distributed at tradeshows, farm markets, breakfasts on the farm and other industry and consumer events. The council also hosted 3 bloggers, a dental hygienist and a registered dietitian for a trout farm tour.
