Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Children & Youth, Community Mental Health Centers, Counseling, Food, Food Banks & Pantries, Mental Health, Youth Development Programs
Mission: ECAC was founded in 2007 to serve as a hub for charitable and educational activities benefiting the residents of Lansing, MI. ECAC is designed to help answer the needs of vulnerable children and adults residing in Lansing's Eastside and surrounding area. We seek to: * Establish and strengthen partnerships with existing programs. * Provide services free or at reduced charge to the community. * Provide volunteer training to those who wish to be a part of service delivery. * Develop sustainable financial resources for continuation of needed programs and services.
Target demographics: Vulnerable and at-risk individuals, children & families
Geographic areas served: Lansing's Eastside neighborhood
Programs: After School Action Program, Food Pantry, Clothing Closet, and counselling services
