Mission: Metropolitan village provides housing and assistance to low-income, elderly, and handicapped persons. These housing facilities are designed to meet the special physical, social and psychological needs of these persons, and to promote their health, security, happiness and usefulness in longer living; the charges for such facilities and services are to be predicated upon the provision, maintenance and operation thereof on an exclusively charitable basis.
