Mission: (i)to accquire, preserve and protect historical materials including the collections of historical photographs known as the meserve-kunhardt collection, gordon parks collection ,dorothy meserve kunhardt collection and ed clark collection; (ii)to establish foster and enhance means and modalities of exhibition of the foundation's photographic archives; (iii)to create multimedia educational content using photographic archives of the foundation and other sources; and (iv)to promote a wide range of educational and learning opportunities, including producing educational materials ralated to the history of the united states.
