Programs: Mercy life is a new health care choice for seniors living in western massachusetts. Mercy life is a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly (pace). This unique model of care serves frail elders who are eligible for nursing-home-level care by providing comprehensive services that allow them to remain healthy, safe and independent at home. The life center, an integral part of the program, offers a full medical clinic and adult day center in one facility where participants can receive health care and social engagement in a safe, comfortable and stimulating environment. The team of doctors, nurses, physical therapists, home health aides, and other health care professionals provide quick responses to participants' changing needs and more flexibility in doing what is necessary to keep them safe at home.
