Programs: Mental health commmunity residential servicesprovides supportive environments that enable each person to have a dignified life in the community, live independently, or work toward independent living. The agency orperates 31 residential locations serving 124 individuals. These residential programs provide counseling and support services to enable people to live with the utmost independence with esteem and being a valued member of their community.

developmental disabilitiesunder the guidance of new york state office for people with developmental disabilities (opwdd), this program provides an independent care facility (icf) and individualized residential alternative (ira), and day habilitation services. This involves permanent housing and care for children (icf facility) and adults (ira facility). The residential programs provide counseling, training, nurse, and psychological care for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. The day habilitation program emphasizes community-based training, independence, and social opportunities.

health home care coordination assists adults with psychiatric disabilities to live safely and independently in the cummunity of their choice through development of individualized service plans, linkage and referral to needed services and supports and assistance in accessing resources needed to achieve the clients' stated goals. 806 clients were served in 2016.

special services - to provide guidance and assist mental health and developmental disabilities individuals medicaid service coordinator provided 282 units of service and in-home respite program provided 20,602 untis of service during fiscal year 2016. It is a model that intends to integrate treatment, support and rehabilitation in a manner that facilitates a consumer's recovery. Such goals of the pros model include improving functioning, reducing the need for inpatient hospitalization, increasing emplyment and educational opportunities as well as securing housing pros serviced 32,207 units of service in 2016. Pros (personalized recovery oriented servicespersonalized recovery oriented services (pros) is a comprehensive recovery oriented program for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. The goal of the program is to integrate treatment, support, and rehabilitiation in a manner that facilitates the individual's recovery. Goals for individuals in the program are to : improve functioning, reduce inpatient utilization, reduce emergency services, reduce contact with the criminal justice system, increase employment, attain higher levels of education, and secure preferred housing. Pros also provide clinical treatment services designed to help stabilize, ameliorate and control disabling symptoms. ( see schedule o) clinical treatment provides a recovery focused, disability management approach with medication management, health assessment, clinical counseling and therapy, symptom monitoring, and treatment for co-occurring disorders, all integrated with pros rehabilitative service to provide comprehensive care.
