I have a great deal of experience with LTI. I know them well because they attempt to serve my community. However they fall short. I know many who have worked with and for this organization and they have nothing positive to say about their experience.

Mr. Jackson is rude and does not really have a love for this community [I've spoken to him several times, he is crass, candid, and he is unable to convey kindness]. He is evidently not a great boss because this agency can't maintain or keep employees for very long. They also have a very high turnover rate of volunteers [I know people who were peer educators there].

I personally know of some underhanded ongoings from the inside [such as, fudging info in order to maintain funding, hiring his family even though they are incompetent and covering up indecent behavior at the group home etc.]

I recently learned that funding ended for one of their programs and they had to end the program. I am anticipating that sooner rather than later, the whole operation will be shut down to make room for more productive, honest, caring, and effective agencies.
