Instructions in miss cully's last will and testament stated only the annual interest earned may be used for general hospital operations. Of the restricted gifts, most were directed by donors to the permanent endowment, and some were temporarily restricted to programs and equipment including: autism, chaplain's assistance fund, equipment/capital purchases, lifeline, nurses scholarship fund, transitional care unit, advanced wound center, cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation unit, coronary care/icu, emergency department and paramedics.
