Mission: Over 80% of all pastors in the world today have not had a single day of formal Seminary training. Many believe that over a million new churches will open during the next ten years. The average educational level of these pastors will be equivalent to sixth-grade. MEDICS provides a 20 month program which keeps pastors active in their local church while training them to be more effective in discipling their church and community. Pastors and laity learn the power the Word has expressed in the Holy Bible and how to build bridges to the hearts of the lost, evangelize, disciple, form new cell groups and plant self-supporting and self-replicating churches.
