Mission: The corporation is organized exclusively for educational, scientific, and charitable purposes, including, but not by way of limitation, to promote, support and develop the educational, scientific and charitable activities of the monmouth conservation foundation, a non-profit corporation of the state of new jersey. The corporation shall receive and disburse funds, property and gifts of any kind exclusively for the benefit of the monmouth conservation foundation, or any organization that may be established to succeed the monmouth conservation foundation in the operation of any of its facilities.
Programs: Provided additional support money for the monmouth conservation foundation to promote open space and historic site preservation in monmouth county new jersey for approximately 500,000 people. Additional support was provided to preserve various parks and open space.
