In addition, the society provides bible educational services through promotion and sale of exploring the bible: the dickinson series texts and other materials. Exploring the bible: the dickinson series is a series of three, six-week courses designed to promote bible literacy funded by charles dickinson, and authored by the reverend anne robertson, executive director of massachusetts bible society. The society promotes and delivers educational programs and services through lectures, special events, website sales on amazon. Com, book tables at events, social media (facebook and twitter), and making reading recommendations to enrich the study of the bible. The majority of the society's services are provided to massachusetts residents. However, through wide-spread endorsement and expansion of exploring the bible, the society's bible education services are also being offered domestically to residents in over 25 states, as well as internationally in the uk.
