Mission: The purpose of the Alliance is to be a catalyst and an advocate of increased cultural impact in the community. Culture refers to activities relating to the arts, fine arts, historical and scientific museuams and specific educational pursuits.
Programs: Programs devoted to increasing and supporting cultural activities in marion county, florida. The organization goals include assuring access for all residents to cultural activities, advocating for cultural activities and cultural education. We also strive to develop future audiences, provide a support network and information systems among cultural agencies and to provide leadership in advancing the implementation of cultural activities. In addition the alliance operates the brick city center for the arts gallery.
