We were stuck with exchanging emails with Lyft in regards to a incorrect damage claim from the driver. They kept denying the facts, siding with the driver. We repeatedly asked for the photos and any other evidence. But, it took a while to get the photos. But, after reviewing the photos, there were so many leaves left on the car floor that made it clear that it was not from a single passenger. Also, because was sitting on the left side, and the photo showed a pile of leaves on the right side. It was obvious that other people had done it. But, since Lyft would not listen to reason, had to get Mr. Elliot involved. He was very professional, patient and helpful to get the executives at Lyft to delete the charge from my account. We are relieved that we don't have to deal with it anymore. We are very thankful to Mr. Elliot.
