Mission: The mission of lydia place is to disrupt the cycle of homelessness and promote sustained independence for current and future generations.
Programs: The family services program provides interim housing, temporary rental subsidies, permanent supportive housing placements, and intensive case management to families with children experience homelessness.
the parent support program provides intensive and flexible evidence-based home visiting services focused on equipping parents with the knowledge and resources they need to parent their children into successful adults.
the community engagement program aims to build creative local partnerships and raise awareness of the causes of homelessness.
the community re-housing program provides homeless households with intensive housing search support and case management focused on securing permanent housing, and provides a short-term rental subsidy. Case management focuses on employment and educational advancement, parenting support, financial education, and mental/physical health and wellness. The campus support program consists of two facilities, baker place and bell tower. Baker place provides permanent supportive housing to women experiencing homelessness who face a multitude of barriers. Bell tower provides affordable options for women exiting homelessness that want to build community and who cannot afford the rent of a private market apartment. The counseling program provides free and confidential in-home mental health counseling, therapy groups, and crisis intervention to the organization's clients.
