Mission: Kennedy institute's mission is to lead through innovation so people with disabilities live with freedom, dignity, and distinction. As a social concerns agency of the archdiocese of washington, our core purpose is to provide critical services that bring about positive change in the lives of people with developmental disabilities and their communities. Founded with roman catholic values, our services reflect the church's respect for the sacred character of every human life, from conception to natural death. Our mission and values ground our lifespan services across our primary program areas: early childhood intervention, education, career development and employment, community living, and family supports.
Programs: The organization provided education and early development services for children, community living services for persons with development disabilities, and other services to and for persons with development disabilities.
