Mission: The mission of the lower cape fear human resources association is to "advance the profession- and "serve the professional. " we are committed to supporting our members by effectively communicating information specific to leading trends in business, workplace legislation, workplace diversity, and the human resources field in order to strengthen core competencies, develop strategic human resources leadership skills, and build proactive workplace practices that have positive impacts on businesses and their communities.
