I found Love of the littles online and followed on fb and i saw a beautiful poodle mix that would be a perfect brother for my girl Charli, his name is Finn and i filled out an application and i had a very thorough phone interview and home check also by phone and Finn is so loved by our family! I am so thankful to Love of the littles for being so helpful answering any questions i had regarding Finn and the adoption process i would recommend them to anyone looking to adopt!

It's what's best for the furbabies, always. Appreciates fosters and provides anything the foster puppy may need. I've fostered a few pups for Love of Littles Rescue, and will readily foster more. I adopted the most precious HillBully, she was my shadow and the absolute perfect pup for me!
I refer people looking for pups on a regular basis❣️

Our family has been part of Love of Littles through 4 little furry children now. They are amazing and really care about the pups and where they go. Great people who work very hard on behalf of those who can’t speak for themselves. Thank you!

Love of Littles transformed Jesse’s whole life. Scared, alone, and hungry Jesse was roaming Oklahoma all by himself. Love of Littles arranged a transport, care and found him a forever home. They were patient and understanding of all his needs. All my questions and needs for this sweet boy were answered along the way. This rescue is truly in it for the dogs.

My family fostered for “Love of Littles Dog Rescue and Foundation”. They were knowledgeable and conscientious. They checked off every box when finding a new home for our foster.

They were appreciative of our time and effort as a foster. We felt included, supported and appreciated. There was an open line of communication. We will definitely foster for this rescue again.

We are blessed to adopt a wonderful poochie from Love of Littles. Great foster system! Our little guy came neutered, micro chipped, and happily socialized by a caring foster.

I can’t express enough how amazing the Love of Littles organization is, and the team who runs it. Karen, Mike (and all the fosters) are hands down the most incredible people. They will fight for any animal, with the intent on getting them off the streets and into their best life, home. Everyone who helps or fosters are volunteers, but it’s way beyond that - they’re a team. You really feel as if you’re part of the “pack” when you foster and donate to LOL, and it’s a great feeling when they finally get to go to their fur-ever home. With the Love of Littles, you’re part of a much bigger picture. Thank you to Mike, Karen and the Love of Littles for all you do!

We rescued our Tito January of 2022. This rescue truly was a blessing and so helpful. Their guidance along the way was wonderful. Each step in the adoption process was explained and quick. They care for each animal, and love is shown in so many ways. Karen is so kind, and all these animals truly have a second chance because of everyone involved. It’s a little community I am so grateful to follow! I would recommend this rescue to anyone who is looking for their new “fur best friend”.

We adopted our Boomer from Love of Littles and he came to us fully vetted, neutered, and across a lot of states to get to us. The rescue was professional and helpful every step of the way. Considering the very small adoption fee, they went way above and beyond. They 100% put these animals first to give them a new lease on life and the best chance for happy lives. We love our guy and vouch for Love of Littles all the way!!

Loldrf is a well managed rescue. with the focus on the dogs they rescue. It is about the right fit for both dogs and people. I have fostered for them since they started as a temporary foster, emergency foster, forever foster. If I needed anything it was there. I think this rescue has some of the very best fosters there are as they are hand picked, just like the potential adopters are. If they don't have the type of dog you are looking for they will try and connect you to a reputable one to find the right fit for you and your family.

Love of littles dog rescue and foundation is a wonderful rescue. When it came to adopting, the application process was very thorough, they even came to my house to make sure it would be a good fit for the puppy up for adoption. They helped make the adopting process smooth. 2 years after adopting, I have had a few issues where my smaller dog has gotten injured from play fighting with the rescue I adopted and unfortunately, I cannot keep the rescue I had adopted because of the risk of more injuries to my other pet. Love of littles has been so understanding and helpful in helping me find my rescue a furever home that will be a better fit for him. I am forever grateful for the gratitude and helpfulness of this rescue.

I have been a foster and transport volunteer for LOLDR for a while now. They will bend over backwards for these furbabies and volunteers! I have fostered multiple puppies and one disabled adult dog. I have participated in numerous transports. There is no wall to high for this rescue to climb to insure the health, happiness, wellbeing, and safety of these furbabies. Karen understands each of the volunteer's own situations and accommodates our needs so that each dog that we foster and transport gets exactly what they need. Each transport is monitored closely. (I imagine that Karen stares at the computer constantly to watch for updates on transport days.) Karen never fails to communicate with each person. We are always thanked. We are always monitored to make sure we get home safely after we have handed the dog off to the next person. Some transports just ignore us from that moment. Yet, Karen makes sure we all get home! This rescue also loves to get updates from the adopters. It's nice for us fosters to get to watch our furbabies grow up! If you need a new furbaby to love, no matter the age, I highly recommend you apply with LOLDR.

Amazing experience all around. My first adoption through a rescue agency and the reason I chose them is because of their process, thoroughness and Karen. I went into it thinking I would be a foster, but having lost my two dogs a few months earlier I re-routed to an adopter. Couldn’t be happier with our sweet girl!

After losing my beloved pet, I reached out to three local rescues to volunteer. After doing my research, I found the board of Love of Littles is the most involved, conscientious and honest. They are 100% foster based so pups don’t end up in hoarding situations like many rescues do. Love of Littles is responsible, ethical and hold the pup’s health and welfare at the forefront of everything they do!

I have fostered for Love of Littles on a few occasions and assisted with transports. Love of Littles is very well organized and hands-on when getting a pup safely where it needs to be. They were always involved with my foster pups making sure they were happy and healthy, offering suggestions, taking care of medical needs and providing mostly everything a pup could possibly need.
I have my foster fail snoring beside me, she has been well cared for from the very beginning of her rescue.
I recommend Love Of Littles to anyone looking for a pup.

I had lost my little fur baby several months before I met Karen. When my heart was ready to adopt, I happen to meet Karen in a Facebook group that actually closed that night for good. But, somebody that knew her, that I knew, gave me her contact information. I let Karen know that I was interested in adopting a smaller dog, and because of my physical issues then I couldn't commit to doing long walks everyday.
Within a few weeks, Karen called me and said I have the perfect dog for you. Karen uses a theme when she names the dogs that come as a mom and litter, or a group she rescue. I I'm so tickled at how creative she is with this. She'll have a "breakfast group", or names of characters from the old TV show M*A*S*H". Ellie Mae came from the "southern" group. Ellie was used as to breed in a puppy mill She had just had puppies but was unable to deliver one. Inside the same home, was another dog that just had puppies. Animal control took them all, and asked Karen if Love of Littles would take in all these dogs. Mind you, there still were other dogs in foster care that hadn't been adopted, and dogs and foster care waiting to be transported to the new adopters.
Ellie had to have an emergency spay, and was put on strong antibiotics because of an infection that was the consequence of her not delivering one pup. Rescues don't always get, dogs that are surrendered and come in perfect health, are adorable, and have a great personality. They may get strays from a shelter, or a bad situation or removed from a home from one reason or another. She also gets some lovely dogs, but that's not always the case. But, whatever that dog needs, the medical needs are tended to. The dog will be groomed and chipped, spayed or neutered, Android t in good health, or if they have a chronic issue, it's under control before she lets any of her babies be adopted. Because of Karen and her rescue, Love of Littles, she has volunteers throughout the country. There are different homes that will foster dogs to they are transported to another area, transported to the doctor, or transported to Karen so she can have the medical needs tend to do by the vet she knows. The rescue pays all those bills. And she also have fosters that will be part of the team, kind of like a relay team, that will get a dog from one place after it's been carefully checked out, and evaluated, to an adopter wherever they are in the United States. Someone wanting to adopt a dog fills out an application, and has a home check done. This is another big area that Karen is incredible. Karen makes sure that the adopted dog and the person or family wanting to adopt the dog will be a good match.
I have had Ellie for 2 and 1/2 years now. She's my family, my joy, my companion, Thank you Karen and Mike, and a big thank you to the many fosters and volunteers!
Please help Love of Littles by donating time, your home, or financially, when you can. We need more amazing Rescue groups like Love of Littles!

It takes a village sometimes to save an animal… they with many others helped save a dog from being put down that had been shot and lived . Paralyzed but lived. Grateful for all the hard work, dedication, and sometimes heartbreaking work they have to do. Keep doing great work

I adopted my wonderful puppy from them. They spent alot of money to find a diagnosis for her. Along with constant supervision. I want to thank everyone who helped save our Bella. She has canine acute mutilation syndrome and mutilates her hind legs. Our family loves her and understands she may not live long. However like love of Littles we will give her the best life possible till the end.
