A very dangerous league with very bad structure, they force kids to play in the rain and mud as a parent I was told if I do not like it to pull my child out. Well I did and got a refund for all 3 of my kids as I value my kids health and safety. The Umpire told the kids not to touch home plate because it was wet and slippery, HELLO if the bases are to slippery then the field is not safe! Professional players who get paid to play do not have to play in such horrible conditions! Today was the last straw the umpire refuse to clean the plate so the pitcher could not see his strike zone and when this was brought to the boards attention the "Player Agent" walked over saw it and asked me what do you want the Umpire to do it is real muddy out there? OMG you said it yourself it is muddy and kids should not be playing in it, I told him one of these kids are going to round a base and slip and blow a knee out. This guys response was to laugh about it!!! The Player Agent for the league thinks it is funny that one of your kids could suffer irreversible damage for the rest of their life for a game that has no bearing on anything as this league does not have standings, ranking playoffs or anything. So Mike what is so funny about putting children at risk? As I stated I received a full refund for all 3 of my kids and will be moving to a league where my kids can grow and advance safely if you value your child's health and well being I suggest you do the same!
