Mission: The mission of the lions club of okc downtown foundation, inc. Is to promote the betterment of the oklahoma city community.
Programs: Hi-lions scholarship program for oklahoma city area high school senior students. Scholarships are paid out over one to fours years upon verification each semester that the student completed academic work and is in compliance with the hi-lions program requirements.

Each oklahoma city area high school senior that attends three regular lions club meeting to meet members and learn about lions club and service to the community and competes for the hi-lion of the month is given $100 for participating in the program. There were 24 area high school senior students that participated in the hi-lions scholarship competition for the fiscal year ended june 30, 2017
