I bid on a ring, won the bid but was very disappointed when it arrived. After some research I realized how inflated the price was and contacted the store and was told there was a 15% restocking fee! AVOID this place at all cost! Hyper inflated pricing, bad customer service and a restocking fee on something that was donated??!!!!

Hi,
Your jewelry on Goodwill online store seems to be overpriced all the time. I’ve been looking for a ring for my mom because she lost one and my dad can’t afford to get her a new one.

You’re selling a used Walmart ring for $620, when Walmart is selling for $449. I believe your store seriously needs to either hire someone new who can set an appropriate price for items like this or reconsider your price point.

People who are shopping at Goodwill are usually on a budget and shouldn’t be taken advantage of by one store who use an incorporation name to gauge their own community who donate their items to.

Most Goodwills are decently priced, but this particular one should not be disguising it’s business doings under the name of Goodwill. I understand that this is a for-profit organization, but this is particular example is beyond disgust.

I also looked at the google reviews on this store and most of the customers have said items are just overpriced, especially for donated/used items.

I hope this will shine some light as to why customers have not been buying some of the items at the Licking/Knox Goodwill location.
