Programs: During the year ended june 30, 2008, lewes convalescent center sold its intangible assets to an unrelated third party. The third party developed a 120 bed skilled nursing facility at another location in the community that opened during january 2008. When the new facility opened, lewes convalscent center transferred its patients to the facility and discontinued operations. Lewes convalescent center was an inactive corporation until it was dissolved on february 26, 2010.
