Mission: Lti's purpose is to provide training and resources to multiply ministry leaders through leadership curriculum, client support and coaching, conferences, and creation of international centers to facilitate the above.
Programs: Development, sales, and fulfillment of training curriculum - each volume consists of instructor, student, and developing nations version. Mail and promote the curriculum for training purposes. Translate into other languages.
ministry relations, outreach, and administration - donated to other 501(c)(3) organizations, minister to donors and customers through newsletters, meetings, and visits, conduct activities associated with multiple projects.
conferences and client support - conduct seminars to train emerging leaders, consult with churches and new schools to assist in the creation of leadership training institutes for emerging leaders
certification - conduct training seminars in the us and foreign countries to instruct participants in how to use the curriculum in their church or bible school
