Programs: Leadership outreach network (prior name school of ministry):the leadership outreach network provides leadership and theological training to emerging leaders primarily serving in underserved regions of the world. Through a combination of onsite training and distance education, students receive the equivalent of the 3-year bible degree during their course of study. In 2017, enrollment has increased to over 200 students and we anticipate significant growth in 2018 as we launch new training centers in the dominican republic and columbia.

launch program:the launch program is a leadership outreach initiative that works with new churches, church planting organizations and church planting movements to fulfill the great commission by strategically planting healthy reproducing churches in a specified region. Our coaches assist these new churches in developing their comprehensive ministry plans, and coaching their leadership teams through the stages of church growth. In 2017 our ministry worked predominantly with venture church naples, a new non-denominational church in sw florida. With our help, venture church aspires to open multiple campuses throughout sw florida in the next decade.

strategic planning program: leadership outreach coaches and strategists work with churches and faith-based nonprofit organizations in the development of their short and long term ministry plans. Through onsite facilitated sessions, our team of strategists help client teams set their ministry goals, quantifiable yearly objectives, supporting strategies and detailed actions plans. Working together we determine the factors that are critical to the ministry's success and work to identify and overcome the barriers to growth. Through ongoing coaching we strive to help our clients with the execution of each phase of their ministry plan. We currently work with churches of all sizes and denominations.
