The concluding session was held on friday and comprised of six to seven presentations. Speakers included, but were not limited to business, professional non-profit and governmental leaders. Fellows were afforded the unique opportunity to interact with, learn from and develop relationships with nationally recognized intellectual, cultural, educational, social and political leaders from throughout delaware. There were also trips to legislative hall, de, etc. In order to gain additional valuable insight from individuals and programs in the region. The aforementioned sessions not only informed, but provided for the use and development of public speaking, critical thinking skills and leadership. This was accomplished through debates, project assignments and case studies. The sessions also included leadership skill development such as networking, communicating, decision making and mediating.
