Programs: The fulbright program, the flagship international exchange program of the united states department of state, provides grants to individuals from latin america and the carribean for graduate study in the united states. Grants are awarded for master's and phd programs in a variety of fields of study.
the organization of american states (oas) academic scholarship program provides grants to individuals in oas member countries to pursue undergraduated or graduate studies.
