Mission: To promote, support, encourage and foster the development of the city of lansing, michigan's sesquicentennial celebration. To sponsor specific programs and activities that emphasize and increase public awareness of the sesquicentennial and to raise funds and to use those funds to make a gift or gifts to the city of lansing, michigan to commemorate its sesquicentennial.
Programs: Raised and administered funds in order to purchase a sculpture as a gift to the city of lansing. The sculpture was donated in 2011 to the city of lansing to commemorate the sesquicentennial. Outstanding pledges were collected during 2012.
