Prior to this transaction, landmark medical center was a nonprofit corporation providing acute care medical services. Inpatient medical/surgical patient days decreased by 31,803 (76. 1%) from fye 2013 to fye 2014. Inpatient psychiatric patient days decreased by 4,117 (75. 3%) from fye 2013 to fye 2014.
