Mission: The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and public purposes. The Corporation engages in activities to recognize and commemorate the 50th Anniversaries of the Korean War and to honor the Korean War veterans and their families for their selfless sacrifices made to keep a nation free from tyranny. The corporation is of limited duration (Dec 2003)and was formed to identify and locate Korean War veterans, inform them of and to the extent practicable facilitate their participation in 50th anniversary activities, to dedicate government officials and the general public regarding the history, lessons and legacy of the Korean War so that the "Forgotten War" is finally a remembered victory. Any funds remaining after the Foundation ceases to exist will be given to the R.G. Stilwell Korean War Veterans Memorial Foundation for the upkeep and maintenance of the National Korean War Memorial in Washington, DC.
