Also provides an outlet for individuals and organizations who would like to express their creativity or interests. Kltv operates in a cooperative partnership with comcast and funding jurisdictions to facilitate open communication between government agencies and citizens, residents and their neighbors, and nonprofit organizations within the community at large.
Programs: Public access/programming: kltv provides a vehicle for public access to television for citizens of the longview/kelso area, including programs for general interest to the local population. Kltv also produces and airs television programs for public entities. Organizations for which programs are aired frequently grant funds to cover the cost of the programs.
