Mission: The purpose of the kiwanis club of palo alto charitable foundation is to support charitable and community service organizations in the greater palo alto area and internationally, especially those that include the involvement of children and youth, with monetary contributions, awards, scholarships, and volunteer services.
Programs: Community program support: monetary support provided to the following community organizations: la comida, abilities united, canopy tree for palo alto, palo alto housing corp. , and 5 other community service organizations.
youth services support: awarded scholarships to four students for their college endeavors. Provided monetary support to rebuilding together, kiwanis special games, palo alto community child care, and 16 other charitable programs/organizations benefiting children and youth.
international program support: provided monetary support to neighbors abroad, the kiwanis international foundation, and other organizations benefiting children in other countries.
