Causes: Job Training, Vocational Rehabilitation
Mission: Kitsap applied technologies will provide a continuum of services to adults in the full range of developmental disabilities to enhance their lives and promote independence with the ultimate goals of competitive employment, independent living and community integration.
Programs: Approximately 9 individuals with developmental disabilities (i/dd) were offered facility-based employment skills training. Additionally, 10 disabled veterans were enrolled into the v. E. S. T. Program where they participated in a community reintegration employment program that assists their transition from the services to the community.
