Programs: Until january 2016, the times publishing company welfare plan trust provided health care benefits to eligible members and employees of the times publishing company including salaried employees, members of the erie newspaper guild, local 187, and coaxial cable televsion corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the times publishing company. In january 2016, the assets and properties of times publishing company were sold, at which time all employees ceased to be employed by times publishing company and became ineligible to be covered by the plan. The plan continued to cover eligible employees of coaxial cable televsion corporation until that company's sale to an unrelated third party in october 2016. The plan continued to cover several former employees of the times publishing company pursuant to their respective separation agreements until the plan's termination at the end of 2017.
