I met the Fisher's years ago when Ethan was just a baby. They quickly became family to me. When Ethan was diagnosed with FA, I read everything I could about what the disease was and how it was treated, etc. I had never heard of the disease before. I asked everyone I knew to pray for him and the family. It was personal to me. It still is. When you look at Ethan, you would never know something was wrong. He's one of the strongest little boys I know. I want to do whatever I can to help him and all the others suffering from this disease. It's amazing to see the strides research has made over the years and is still making. I am honored to be a board member. I know we will find a cure.
