About 3 years ago, My wife and I were introduced to the Kidney Coalition on accident. My wife and I met Kathy at one of her fundraisers, and we instantly became friends. We support the Kidney Coalition several times a year. Kathy works very hard raising money and we will always support her any way we can.

This is a wonderful charity. The time and effort that is put into this organization is effortless by its leader. The kidney coalition helps people who are in an unfortunate health situation, but it's nice to know there are people out there that care.

This is my favorite charity, the people work so hard to make every fund raiser a success . In addition to that the knowledge that is shared is most helpful, people actually learn all about the organization and the freat amazing things their donation can do.

As the CEO, I am proud of our accomplishments and the amazing things we have in store for 2019. We still have room for improvement but everyone does. We have gotten involved more within community groups and our awareness programs are going strong. We are here to help and look forward to the day a cure is found.

Since the concept of KCNYC I have supported the organization and Kat. I went from volunteering in committees to officer in the organization. Kat"spersonal story is inspiring and she is a strong advocate for ckd patients. The Kidney Coalition of NYC helped my friends with advice on their dialsis journey and was open & honest with them, put them at ease and did it with an amazing amount of understanding . She amazes me through all her stuggles she still smiles and is determined to help people. As a volunteer I have worked in every facet of the kcnyc and its been rewarding. I am happy to be a part of the coalition and the fight against ckd!

I met Kat a few years ago and only heard bits and pieces of her story. My mom passed away from End Stage Renal Failure so I decided to get to know more about her. Such a beautiful soul, forced to go through 2 transplants and live on the edge every single day of her life. I finally met her, quiet and refined, fun loving and confident, compassionate and determined. The Kidney Coalition of NYC has given her a chance to give back, to help others, to motivate and promote, to teach and learn. 5 stars seems trivial for all the time and effort she has dedicated. God Bless this organization and all of you who face kidney disease.

It's comforting to know this organization and their valuable resources are available to those in need. Kat comes with her own personal experience in the process and that brings a lot of comfort to the families. She makes herself readily available to educate the public.

I was an early supporter of Kat's. I traveled with her in her personal struggles and watched her fight on the daily basis while waiting on a transplant, on diaylsis and post transplant. Life is not easy for her but she puts a smile on her face and is determined to get the job done. Her never give up attitude is amazing and she passes on her passion to others. I admire her strength and grace through it all. She is a hero. Her dedication to helping people with ckd and their families isunparalell because she worked that same journey just at a different time. The organization is gaining visibility slowly and its because helping people is hard and the kcnyc doesn't treat anyone like a number.

I have volunteered with the Kidney Coalition of New York City Corp since the start which was 2015. The organization has worked with a lot of local organizations to promote Kidney awareness which is either helping people going through Dialysis through through the processes of getting a kidney transplant as well as supporting the families. Some of the ways the organization is currently looking to grow with community online, local dialysis centers, civic groups as well as teaming up with other organizations to spread the word.

I only know Kat for a short time. In this time I've seen her advocate for many. Her fund raising, personal contact and her own story to tell. To have someone to be able to reach out to in a time when your life is turned upside down is such a help . Her knowledge and compassion is a gift in itself.

I've known Kat for only a short while but in that time I have come to know a caring and compassionate woman who has dealt with her own struggles with strength and grace. Her own experiences with kidney disease make her the perfect kidney health coach for all those in need of support. My aunt just had a kidney removed and the first person I reached out to was Kat. Kat's calm demeanor in delivering spot on information was of great comfort to my aunt, uncle and cousin. Keep up the great work Kat!!!
