Mission: The Kesler Mentoring Connection (KMC) is a full-service resource center located in Jacksonville, Florida. The underlying premise of the resource center concept is to increase the number of mentoring relationships and to dramatically reduce unnecessary duplication of services within mentoring agencies. The activities of KMC include Mentor Recruitment and Referral, Mentor Training, Mentor Program/Agency Consultation, Mentor Background Screening, and Program Evaluation.
