Mission: To promote and provide advocacy for kauai eastside businesses as will as improving the quality of life through cultural and community events and projects.
Programs: Organize and present monthly celebration of the local arts with the "old kapaa town first saturday" event. Event occurs the first saturday evening of every month and presents local artists of all types.
