Programs: KETCH provides day and residential programs designed to support and empower each individual to help them reach their highest level of independence. Because individuals have not only a wide variety of disabilities and also an equally wide range of abilities, programs are designed to assist with specific needs to provide the best learning environment. - The WORK program's goal is to help develop job skills and earn a wage in order for persons served to achieve employment in the community. - The Osage program enhances and enriches involvement in the community and increases the opportunities for individuals to direct activities in which they participate in the community, meet new people, and maintain health and wellness. - Adult Life Skills purpose is to help individuals become more self-sufficient, make new friends, and increase participation in a variety of life experiences. - Community Inclusion is based from an individual's home rather than the facility. Persons in the program direct their own activities, gain self-confidence, improve social skills and achieve stronger ties to their community. - PACE, first developed to develop the unique needs of persons with autism. The program helps participants focus on appropriate behaviors and positive social skills through a structured program environment, activities, and social interactions. - Community Living is the residential program to provide training, services, and assistive technology to help persons live as independently as possible in the community.
