Mission: Kanal Kicks is an innovative non-profit organization committed to grassroots level social change for Panama’s impoverished youth. Kanal Kicks literally gets to the ground level of social change to address the important connection between team-building in soccer and community-building for disadvantaged Panamanian children. Our mission is clear: to provide cleats, balls, and other soccer equipment necessary for safe play to Panama’s poverty-stricken youth.
Results: Kanal Kicks waved goodbye to 2014 and welcomed in the New Year with a donation distribution! Children in the San Joaquin, and San Miguelito neighborhoods of Panama City, were both treated to a surprise when our team arrived to spread goodwill. (One of our team members was actually carried back to the van after literally giving a child the shoes off of her feet.) Donations from across the globe aided our trip, and we continue to ask for your support as we look to increase our outreach and presence
